Not just one person, but for everyone to see. She can cause noise illusions, making it sound as if people are talking, or that there are noises coming from nearby. But, even though these illusions can be seen and heard, they cannot be touched. If you try to lay a hand on them, it will go right through as if they weren't even there. Because, really, they aren't there. It's just Charlotte playing tricks on everyone's mind.

• in the past, charlotte had been engaged to a human, male soldier. the engagement barely lasted a few months before she decided to tell him that she was a mutant. when he found out, the engagement was called off. he refused to marry a mutant when it mean, with a job like his, he would probably have to kill her. charlotte got over the break up pretty fast. she always does.
  
  
• charlotte was adopted by an italian family when she was seven. they had originally named her "carlotta" but she absolutely hated the italian version of her name and begged to be charlotte again. they allowed it. charlotte is her birth name, though victore is not.
  
  
• the things that charlotte fears include cockroaches, aliens, commitment and being abandoned. she also hates homophobia and, if you're homophobic, she will go out of her way to make out with and feel up other women in front of you.
  
  
• growing up, charlotte had always wanted to be a soldier, but that was impossible with her mutant genes. she decided to settle with being a mercenary, which seemed even more badass because she didn't have as many rules to follow.
  
  
• when charlotte goes out on missions, she will wear masks and very extravagant costumes, making her very easy to notice. of course, if the mission involves her going undercover, she's willing to go all out with the undercover dress up. she loves clothing and accessories. she just love being able to dress up and stand out.
